I haven’t posted all weekend so here’s my times:
Test 1 – 291 reps
Test 2 – 250 reps
Test 3 – 14:34
Test 4 – 175lbs (started too light and missed 182 and 180)
Test 5 – 6:19 (my best finish – never thought a heavy barbell would be my best!)
Test 5: 4:16
Was a bit conservative on the bbjo snatches went better than expected.
Finished test 5 in 3:08
All singles drop and back up.
Happy to finish with this event.
