Like last week, I want you to go by effort instead of a set pace based on a known distance effort. You should be working hard, but always feel like you could pick up intensity during this session. Learn what it feels like to sit into a strong, sustained effort.
Sooo…. Yesterdays test 4 158kg tried 164 and failed the last rep and hurt my right knee. Just tried what i could but really affected my jumping and pistols Test 1 10 reps shy of finishing. Kept tripping cause of my knee. Test 2 in the warm up could not do any pistol with my right knee. Did and 20 min assault bike to get my sweating and tried the workout Did 15 pistols in the round of 40, normally my pistol pace is decent but had to be very controlled now Test 3 today just wanted to have fun… Read more »

Wanted to get a little higher on the frontsquat but i failed 147.5 and 146 after 2 reps. 145 was just my max today
Should have gone sub 9 on test 3. Went 90 wall balls unbroken and dont know why i stopped there. I probably could have rowed a bit faster too. Im having a little bit of trouble with my focus over the last 2 weeks. Going to have to work on that
