A. Did the snatch ladder again to test out split snatches rather than squats. Got 175 first run through, second run through got 185# and just missed 195.

WB: 20/5, I’ve never felt this fatiqued on WB. Usually where I make up ground.
TTB: absolute broken disaster!
I think my body is overly fatiqued. Going to take it easy tomorrow, and try not to get frustrated.

Today was an absolute shit show. Just was not feeling like myself. In dire need of a rest day 🙁
I’m with ya! I felt terrible today. The worst part is, when I feel like this I try to push harder and do extra work. Hopefully a little rest is all we need?
