A- worked up 2 120lb R, 110lb x2 L, then did a set of 10 AFAP with 100… felt quick, kept moving
B- 4/ 4/ 4/ 4
C- 225(6)/ 275(4) x2
D- 4:58… felt ok… kept moving

A. Done. Worked sets of 10. Felt pretty solid.
B. 5, 4, 4, 5. Not the greatest on these today. Grip was loose and hips didn’t have the best pop. When we did these last week I was hitting 5 in 13-14 seconds.
C. 315×5, 335×4, 365×3
D. 8:12. First two rounds were solid and pretty much unbroken, but grip was gone starting the third. Felt good on the forearms though!
