15 seconds of Rest
For the five sets: 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% of your 1-RM
C.
Two rounds for time of:
50 Meter Sprint Out
50 Meter Sprint Back
100/70 lb Dumbbell Snatch x 6 reps (3 each arm)

A) Built to 198, but failed it 3 times. I seem to have lost my snatch form and have been going on my toes, causing me to drop the bar in front of me.
B) 154,164,176,187,198. Completed all the reps. Got the 198 on the first try, however, I ended on my toes yet again.
C) I finally found a 100# db. I played around with it for about 10 min. No sprinting as there was no space and I could not bring the weight outside.
