Take 8-10 minutes to build to a heavy-ish hang clean
C.
For time:
Row 2000 Meters
40 Pistols (alternating)
20 Hang Cleans (225/135 lbs)

A) 60m sprint/70#db 41/41/37/34/33
B)worked on cycling up to 225. Unable to cycle 225. It ends up slipping out of my hands.
C) 16:56. Off the rower at 7:37. Pistols done at 10min. Again, unable to cycle the cleans. I had to pick them up from ground. I am going to have to be careful here and make sure I get back to the bar each time I drop it So i finish within the prescribed cut off time.
