A.
Two sets for times of:
15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
15 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
B.
Eight sets of:
Hang Clean x 1 rep
Rest 10 seconds
Pistols x 6 reps (3 each leg – alternating)
Rest 2 minutes
Build in weight over the course of the eight sets.
C.
Three sets for times:
225/155 Deadlift x 15 reps
Rest 3-4 minutes
D.
For time:
Row 1500 Meters
(pace should be slightly faster than anticipated 2000 meter pace for event # 2)
A – Strict – 27 seconds, Kipping – 29 seconds, Strict – 1:41, Kipping – 1:39
B – 185,195,205,215,225,230. Pistols got cleaner as the sets progressed.
C – 24 sec, 22 sec, 21 sec.
D – 5:28. Then went into a set of 20 pistols, then did 5 hang cleans at 225. Hang cleans were TOUGH after all the work, but i wanted to see what it is going to feel like at this state. was able to do one every 20 sec or so. caught awfully low.
