Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy, but not necessarily 1-RM, Snatch.
C.
Three sets of:
Pull-Ups x 20 reps
Shoulder to Overhead x 15 reps (135/95 lbs)
Rest 3 minutes

A. 1:30, 1:47, 1:54 – Muscle ups and HSPU were unbroken and felt easy. The burpee box jumps however were nasty for me. I could have pushed a bit more for the second and third round though. B. Snatches yesterday. Did a quick build up to 225# hang clean and performed 7 set of 3 reps with 30-45 seconds rest between rounds. I may have been able to go 5-6 repps for the first 3-4 sets.
