Am: modified gymnastics/aerobics: two rounds 45 shspu, 800m run, 22 cal row, 10 hpc 95 lbs. Repeat at 20:00. First two rounds 17:30, then 18:28.
Bulgarian split squats done
Pm: back squat 135-175-195-185-195-205-4 sets at 185. Those felt better than other weeks
Strict Cindy: 24 rounds and 5 pullups. Done with 25 lbs vest. Rounds were 5/5/5/4 plus 2 squats/ finished squats, 4 rounds and 4 pullups.

Coming back from 10 days vacation doing only run and swim. National lockdown in France again, for 1 month minimum…. So bad scores these last 2 days… Just kept moving!

Today :
– morning with accessory on my tendinitis
– then kb deadlift and reverse lunges done
– squat ok up to 4x5x130k. Coming back so lighter weights.

Pull Ups were the challenge midway through. UB push ups & smooth air squats. Convinced some people from my gym to jump in with me, was a fun morning!
