(focus on maximal contraction of the glutes and full extension of the hips while keeping belly braced)

PULLUPS were the worst and shoulder still isnt great.
Make smart decisions dude. There’s zero need to incorporate exercises and movements that hurt your shoulder. Looks like you enjoyed the deadlift/bike combo though 🙂
