A.
Every 90 seconds, for 4:30 (3 sets):
Hip Power Snatch x 2 reps

Followed by…

Every 90 seconds, for 4:30 (3 sets):
Push Press in Split Jerk Position x 5 reps

Build over the course of the 3 sets.

B.
Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
Slow Pull Snatch x 1 rep @ 65-70% of 1-RM Snatch

C.
Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
Slow Pull Clean + Jerk with 3-second Pause in Catch @ 65-70% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

D.
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
*Set 4 – Max reps @ 75%
Rest 2-3 minutes

E.
For time:
10/7 Rope Climbs or 30 Towel Pull-Ups
200-Foot Handstand Walk

D. 14 reps @ 275#, 1 breath 1 rep rule, these felt great. felt like I could grind out 2-4 more reps if take a few more breather at the top.

A1 40/50/60 kg. A2 60/60/70 kg B) 63 kg based of 90 kg – really easy C) 80 kg a bit above 70% based of 110 kg. Again easy, and I have removed my belt when lifting D) 5 reps: 91 kg 3 reps: 104 kg 1 rep: 117 kg (no belt either!!) 15 reps at 100 kg! No belt for this either! Did the one exhale/inhale rule on top. If you need to, take the weekend really easy and just enjoy it. A day or two away can leave you coming back fresh! Now is the time to find some days to relax before we really get into it in a couple months
