Condo: 17:58. Finished DL at 13:55. So took ~4 minutes for MU. Missed a couple in later rounds of 3 due to grip. 49 YO. I turn 50 in a month, so sticking with 34-49 for now….

A day behind. Finally could feel that I have some energy back!
sHSPU: 4 UB each set
FS: up to 69 kg. Felt good!
Conditioning: 3+16. All movements UB. I had to transition out for the DUs
Accessories completed. Hip extensions with 15 kg plate
Optional aerobic conditioning. I really liked this one!
