Perhaps for one or two rounds. As I read the programming I went straight from the rower to DU and MU, no rest. The only rest came after the MU on odd minutes. I was getting ~:20 rest and used that to get back to the rower and get ready to start the even minute. Did I get the rest scheme right?
You could have squeezed one more out 🙂

Tino and Hunter, I have a a quick question regarding two and three a days amd developing fevers. I have been meanjng to ask this fo while but have been refraining from it, but here it is. After i did 5/3/1 DL and BS in the am with ladder and joker rounds in the AM, i did the Invictus training session in the afternoon and this morning i did accessory with sled training. Hi! I don’t know what Tino and Hunter are going to say about this. However as a nurse I can tell you that fever can be caused by severe dehydration. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids specially on hot days. If the fever continues, even though you increase your fluid intake a lot, I would recommend that you seek medical assistance to exclude some kind of infection and maybe get some IV fluids to correct the dehydration.
Sounds like you’re doing to much and not letting your body recovery. Take tomorrow off. Rest, hydrate, eat well and get some extra sleep!
Sabrina is a good person to get an answer from as a nurse. If you are consistently feeling that way after training then it probably comes down to water and food. If you know you are doing good there then try not to push yourself too far in to deep sickness.
