A day behind DL: built from 65 kg to 92 kg, felt good. Speed DL at 65 kg, but didn’t feel that speedy today š Push presses: built 40-45-50 kg for a new PR (never really tested 5 reps I think, at least not logged in Sugarwod. Conditioning: 13:39 min, not happy, tried to be more around 12 min.
