MAW modified, instead of Turkish with med Ball I did it with KB 16 kg + windmills
DL: built from 60 kg to 87 kg, felt good. Speedy DL with 70 kg. Didn’t feel speedy today though ☺️
Conditioning: 16:54 min. Running outdoor 200 out 200 back, huge headwind in the way back (around 2:07 to 2:10), 3 meters rope so started seated on the floor.

Thanks! I also did the nasal breathing workout from Friday’s session. A challenge for sure! It took me about 36 minutes, most challenging was the step-overs (did it with 2 DBs). I didn’t tape my month, but will do it next time, so I had to focus really hard to not breath through the mouth. First round was the most challenging.
