35-54:
Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes, complete (3 sets):

55+:
Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes, complete (3 sets):
8 Box Jump/Step Overs (24/20″)

Please push hard on each set. I’d like to see sprint efforts for all 3 sets.

Please adjust the volume if you are getting less than 30 seconds of rest. On the contrary, if you finishing with more then 3 minutes of rest then adjust this to every 7 minutes, for 21 minutes (3 sets)

Conditioning:
1. Remaining 3:06 (rebounded box jumps felt really good, row 0:59, snatches UB, AB 2:00)
2. Remaining 3:16 (rebounded box jumps felt really good, row 0:59, snatches UB, AB 1:56)
3. Remaining 3:20 (rebounded box jumps felt really good, row 0:59, snatches UB, AB 1:55)
Accessory: completed. Russian twists with 10 kg DB
Optional gymnastics completed. Balances felt good. 12 rolls to pistols. EMOM done.
