Followed by…

Two sets of:
Bench Press x 10 reps @ 90% of today’s 10-RM
Rest 2 minutes

C.
For time:
Row 1000 Meters
50 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest until the running clock reaches 15:00, and then…

C) 13:55 RX (C2b always get me, need to get stronger)

E) Floor bench: 25lb , French Press: W bar (30lb), Lateral raises: 8lb Dbs.
