I do like these when they have all the wheelhouse movements. Definitely should’ve been faster on this; close to 15. Tripped quite a few times on each set of DU, normally UB, and I was a little slow in transitions. Keep programming these for sure. ??

B. Did some physical therapy exercises for rehabilitation of my shoulder.

D. Scaled. Happy I could do the thrusters with the women’s weight. Had to do it slow and controlled though, as well as the burpees (controlled-ish); changed t2b for GHD sit ups: 20:53.
D. Controlled again at 45 lb DBs and row at 70 lbs.
