Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Snatch with a 2 second pause just below knee
*Sets 1-2 = 1 rep @ 80% of 1-RM Snatch
*Sets 3-4 = 1 rep @ 85% of 1-RM Snatch
At the 8:00 mark, complete:
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep @ 90% of 1-RM Snatch

Only did the snatches and accessories today as I had no rest day as usual today and was short on time.
Snatch presses: 25-27-28 kg. +1 kg from last week
Snatch balance + OHS: 40-43-43 kg. Felt wobbly.
Pause snatches: 37 and 40 kg. Last rep felt really good, but didn’t film it.
Snatches: 43 kg. Felt so so, will upload my attempts.
Accessory: presses with 12 kg KB for 10 reps. Don’t have any DBs between 10 and 15 kg.
Row with 15 kg DB for 10 reps
