I did Press in split and Jerks with a mini barbell, don’t know the weight but increased reps.
Tempo Front Squats with a barbell (unknown weight) but with 15 kg plates so probably around 40-45 kg. I did 5 x 5 3211
Conditioning: 45 burpees, 45 STOH ~40 kg, 45 DL ~40 kg ish. No AC, so the sweat was pouring so couldn’t go very fast, slippery barbell. Time was 14:58 min
Accessory: barbell hip thruster (on the floor) 10 reps with 40 kg ish for three sets.
