Jerk Progressions
Take 10 minutes to draw out your jerk footwork

and then …

Three sets of:
Press in Split Jerk Position x 2-3 reps
Rest as needed

and then …

Six sets of:
Jerk x 1 rep with a 2 second pause in the dip and a 2 second pause in your receiving position
Rest 2 minutes

Work between 70-75% of 1-RM

Front Squat Progressions
Every 45 seconds, for 6 minutes (8 sets):

MAW modified for hotel gym Pune, India.
I did Press in split and Jerks with a mini barbell, don’t know the weight but increased reps.
Tempo Front Squats with a barbell (unknown weight) but with 15 kg plates so probably around 40-45 kg. I did 5 x 5 3211
Conditioning: 45 burpees, 45 STOH ~40 kg, 45 DL ~40 kg ish. No AC, so the sweat was pouring so couldn’t go very fast, slippery barbell. Time was 14:58 min
Accessory: barbell hip thruster (on the floor) 10 reps with 40 kg ish for three sets.

A. DSFS at 185. Failed last rep x2. Took longer rest with later sets too. That was tough esp the later reps
B. Subbed STOH w C2b, which ended up taking almost 8 min for just that segment. Total time 12:50
