Today’s conditioning seemed to light people up!

C. Started at 100 and increased by 5kb each set. Did not finish sets 6, 7, 8, 11 & 12, got 4-5 reps each, and did not get to the bar in sets 5, 9& 10, this one was hard.
D. Because LG timing I modified to an EMOM, still did 3 sets.

B) Up to 150lb (96%), failed 155lb. Wasn’t feeling “on” today
C) 65lb up to 120lb, cycled UB up to 90lb, then singles the rest of the way. 15 cal bike. We did this as “you go, I go” with a partner, therefore my interval ended up being closer to 3:30 instead of 2 min, with roughly 1:15-1:30min rest in between. I def wouldn’t have been able to do this on a 2 min interval.
96% is still pretty solid for not feeling “on” ??

B. Did this power and worked up 265/275 to finish. Felt pretty strong.
C. Subbed 6 Shspu for barbell. Held 18 cals/6 Shspu for first 6 rounds, then down to 16 cals/5 Shspu for 4 and finished with 18/6. Happy with the effort.
D. Stayed to time domain but put in some z press and scap retractions.
E. Just 400m farmers walk – 45#s/hand unbroken in 4:12. Will shoot for 55# next time.
