A day behind, so Saturday’s session today I couldn’t do med ball throws (heavy rain and strong winds outside today and we cannot do it in the garage) so I did two rounds of my shoulder rehab/prehab. Gymnastic skills: Total 15:36, First run about 3:40 min (not sure it is 600 meters), hit all 10 attempts of Muscle-ups!! Second run (don’t know the time) ´, hit all 5 attempts of Muscle-ups.
