Well, I didn’t achieve much today. A) My shoulder was really bothering me with even light weight so I had to skip that portion. B) I completed this but forgot about the tempo. Used 30# DB-s for floor press but probably shouldn’t have because I felt it. C) I tested out a set of wall balls but it didn’t feel good so I skipped the WOD.
