There are a few options for athletes today:

Option 1

– Full Rest Day. If you did two events yesterday then you may want to take today as your full rest day.

Option 2 – If you only completed one event yesterday (Saturday), then today you’ll complete the event you didn’t do on Saturday.

Option 3 – Complete Event 2 if your body is feeling good (notes are posted on Mondays training session) and you feel like you need all of Monday for any repeats.

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you are fueling your body well and hydrating so you can put yourself in the best position to perform at your best.
