A. Sots press still with barbell only.
PP+OHS: 25kg, 30, 35
B. Up to 42,5kg. Snatch from below knee are the most difficult for me.
C. 35kg, 40, 45. It really surprised me how easy all sets felt. Heavier next time.
D. 21:05. I’m practising butterfly pull-ups, so did 15 of them instead of the BMU. Scaled the DU’s down to 20, 30 and 40 since I never do them bc of shin splints. Felt ok today though.
The DU’s and 35kg thrusters got to me ?
E. Didn’t have any more time, doing this later.

A. Subd OHPbut did PP/OHS; stayed light in these and used them more as a warmup and for mobility. Right shoulder still a bit achy.
OHP – 40/45/50Kg
PP/OHS – 40/45/50Kg
B. 60/60/65/70 stopped there, shoulder didn’t like this very much. Felt a sharp pinch in right shoulder during pull on snatch of last set.
C. 60/65/70
D. 20:34. Did C2B instead of MU; no rings or bar. BBJO??????; like the thrusters and DU.
E. Done. Went light with weight because of shoulder. PUs felt great.
