Rest 2 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 7:00…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Devil’s Presses (50/35 lb DBs)
15 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 14:00…

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Push-Ups

Yesterdays With Michele’s advice 45 min mobility, stretching, and WU!!! A. Scaled to 85# (tried 95# but would have taken a toll on my back) 7:39 (+1:23 from October) ***Think I came out to hot in the first round at 9/6 and all out burpees because round 2 thrusters were a MESS! Pulled it back together for round 3 but by then the damage was done. B. Travel WOD:
A) 10RFT: 5 strict Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 20 Air Squats. 11:45
B) 5Rd of 20 Tuck Ups.
C) 4Rd of 1m front plank, 45s side plank per side, 30s rest between planks. 15:30 total.

Tomorrow when I’m back I will be doing yesterday’s thrusters session, looks pretty tough.
