Hindu Push-Ups x 10 reps
Rest 15 seconds
Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Press x 5 reps each side
Rest 15 seconds
Single-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Cossack Squat x 8 reps each leg @ 2111
Rest 15 seconds
GHD Hip Extension x 8 reps @ 2012
(focus on glute activation and maintaining a hollow position)
Rest as needed

B.
Build to today’s heavy…
Hang Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

C.
Every 90 seconds, for 18 minutes (3 sets each) of:
Station 1 – Left Leg Bulgarian Split Squat x 8-10 reps @ 31X1
Station 2 – Right Leg Bulgarian Split Squat x 8-10 reps @ 31X1
Station 3 – Ab Wheel or Barbell Roll-Outs x 8-10 reps @ 3010
Station 4 – Reverse Snow Angels x 15 reps @ 2020

D.
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
7 Burpee Dumbbell Thrusters (35/25 lbs)

When the running clock reaches 15:00…

B. Up to 220, clean / squat felt good, jerk a little shaky
C. 10 BSS @115 / 10 rollouts / 17 rsa, went every minute
D. 7 the first two minutes, then 5 the rest of the way. Then rested a couple minutes and made up the 16 missed reps after.

splits 3:08 1:30 0:41 / 2:54 1:26 0:42
That 800m route might be a little short 🙂

D. Done, woof. 7/6/5/5/5/5/5/5/5/7 reps Rx. Want to try this again using a different technique, I kept having to move the DBs in and out of my stance. Annoying.

D) done Rx! Holy mental grind. As I was outside drooling on myself JV said “2min”. Didn’t realize we were on a running clock. That took a piece of my soul.

B) worked up to 205. Missed a couple of hang cleans at 215
D) Round 1-5 was RX. Skipped minute 6 and then did 6 reps the last 4 minutes. Way harder than I thought it would be.
