Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation

Completed the gymnastics work from yesterday. I can get my chest to brush the bar on the way down from rep one in the butterfly C2B, but havenā€™t found a way to keep rhythm.
Did a concept 2 ski erg workout as well. 10 intervals of max calories in 1 min/rest 1 min. I am determined to get better on that evil thing.
