30 Second Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar
Rest 30 seconds
6 Kettlebell Windmills (each side)
8 Single Leg Hip Thrusts (each leg)
10 Alternating Cossack Squats
Rest as needed

A.
Three sets of:
Baby Butterfly Pull-Ups x 3 reps + 10 Chest-to-Bar Elbow Drivers
Rest 30 seconds

and then …

Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:
Nose-To-Wall Handstand Hold

Kick to Handstand on Wall (with hands turned out) x 10 reps
*Once your feet are together on the wall step back down and land in your starting position to complete one rep.

35-54:

Wall-Facing Handstand Marching x 16 reps

Followed by. . .

Every minute, on the minute, for 3 minutes (3 sets) of:
Wall-Facing Split Handstand Hold x 30 seconds

B.
Three rounds for time of:
40 Double-Unders
30 Wall Ball Shots
20 Toes-to-Bar

Rest 5 minutes, and then…

400 Meter Run

A. Complete. Love the baby butterfly pull-ups
B. 12:43 on first part. Double unders were uncharacteristically bad and toes to bar were just ok. 11:06 on second part. KB swings unbroken.

I did not get to B and C because I really wanted to focus more on the gymnastic skills.
It definitely took me more time to complete the kick to hs on wall.
1rd-3min for both NTW HS and K2HS on Wall.

The Wall facing HS marching went pretty good.
The Wall Facing Split HS Holds were most challenging for me.

Hard to fit the 30sec hold plus 10 kick ups all in 1 min. Had to take extra time.
B. 8:42 and 10:51.
Legs were totally dead on the runs. I think it was compounded from the sled drags yesterday evening. Wow they were heavy.

Not much sleep last night. Had a beer, which kept me up all night passing water (7 times!). I guess that I need to avoid beer in future…

Just did the WOD, and that was not great.
7:00 ish and 9:00 mins. Had to use rower after tweaked my calve on first run.

Frustrating day, but tomorrow is a rest day. Hoping for a good Monday, with no running or DU 😉
