I never know when the percentages are off 1rm or the movement max. I meant to ask that several times in the past on workouts but end up just winging it and wondering later.
C I had a 20’ walk to and from bar and was scared to go THERE before it started. The light snatches before hand kind of got in my head. I see athletes doing short marathons and lifting crazy weights and was asking myself what am I doing and didn’t have time for alternat sessions today either. I’ll regroup tonight.
The mind… it does terrible things when you let it talk to you before a workout. Positive mindset, don’t let those comparison talks set in! Stay in our lane, take a deep breathe and just be Brent! Tomorrow is a new day!!!

Can you give some extra info on the thursday swim day if we will be running. biking or doing other movements besides swimming? We have a lake but your not supposed to swim in it. I may break the rules depending on the workout.
