Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Ab-Wheel Roll-Out x 5 reps + Bent Over Supinated Grip Barbell Rows x 5 reps
Caught up with the safety bar squats from the other day: 5×3 @150kg
Then today’s WOD in a Pair for 5 rounds for time with 12 strict pull-ups. Moderate intensity. Consistent 5:45 per round. Great easy WOD!
Done. Just worked through it without getting too crazy. Only a few hours of sleep last night as I was called into work. So I thought just focus on moving and not speed! I don’t feel as tired as I should for 3 hours of sleep.
Good workout after yesterday. Glutes and hamstrings were feeling it today. Didn’t really look at the clock just wanted to get the work done. Thanks!
I was on the fence as to whether or not to post about this, but decided to go ahead. 🙂 Did 18.4 last night. Did 21 DLs in :26. Knew I would spend the rest of the time on the wall working on HSPUs. I have to say that the new standard was devastating to me. When I kicked up to the wall, I had no wiggle room at all – I was just barely hitting the mark – so I had to move a lot closer to the wall than I have practiced.
