Row at the following rates for the corresponding minutes:
Minutes 1-5 = 20 s/m
Minutes 5-9 = 22 s/m
Minutes 9-12 = 24 s/m
Minute 12-14 = 26 s/m
Minutes 14-15 = 28 s/m
Stay diligent on your strokes per minute, but see how much distance you can cover in each set by making each stroke powerful and efficient.

What is your suggestion exchanging hands with the dB in the air or on the Ground? You’re completely correct i won’t fail and will push it harder next time
Depends on your skill set. I don’t think there was any top scores in the Open and regionals that didn’t switch in mid air.

I’m admitting this before Jake throws me under the bus…. I’ve been slightly deviating from the metcon portion of the programming. But doing this allows me to still have fun in the gym while suffering.
Conditioning piece:
Emom for 20 mins: 10 wall balls (30) + 8 burpees.
Rest 20 mins then straight into the snatch work today.
Hit 4 singles at 250 pretty easy. Pull didn’t feel the strongest, but I felt fast under.
It is December. Christmas is coming. Just have fun in the gym my friend. I am going to do that in this month. ☺?
