A little under my percentages. Two weeks in a row that these squats feel heavy and uncomfortable. Fought through it but my positioning just didn’t feel good.
Feeling tired today. Called it here and may have another go at some of this stuff later.
Take it easy tomorrow – you may just need a little break. We have testing next week and then a deload week!
I was already done today’s workout by the time I read this! Felt better after a good night sleep. Was in bed by 830 and in the gym by 5!
