Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills
from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
Yesterday’s program: A. Done w/ box jumps to support B. 3RFT – 500m Row/30 WBs/20 T2B – 16:01 Rx (for F50-54) Rows at 2:10 in first round then just under 2:20 in second and third. WBs 20-10 all three rounds. T2B – started each round with 10-12 unbroken, then smaller sets (but usually can’t kip those anymore when I get tired) C. Done D.
