Had a bike day and run/swim day yesterday, shoulders were fatigued. Tried to do the Ass bike, but my ASS was really sore from trail biking 😛 Called it there! Looks like we won’t get to bike though….at least as of right now.
Lets hope you guys do – I’d love to see you all on bikes!
