Going to hit a nice long romwod session and then go prep some meals for the week 🙂
@tinomarini:disqus@cj_martin:disqus I worked on some trueform running intervals instead. Compared to running at the track, what should we trying to maintain on the trueform? Outside I can run a comfortable 6:00-15min mile and on the trueform a 3:45min 800m about killed me haha
I subbed in 30 hours of coaching over the weekend instead ?

Didn’t have a weighted vest so just went on a 90 minute “hike” around the University of Florida.
300 cal – done 38:37 – pretty low intensity on this…first time I’ve ever been on the bike that long! Stayed around 50-52 RPM the whole time
500 cal bike – 37:18
Worst decision ever..
Best an hour later when you realized you just put some money in the bank
