Follow the movements to the tune of the song 12 days of Christmas. It’ll go like this . . .

3 – 3 Thrusters (155lbs) 2 Snatches (155lbs) 1 Lap (Run or Row 300 Meters)

Perform for time, or just for fun. The focus between now and December 26 should be mental and physical restoration. There will not be a workout posted for Saturday, December 24. If you would like to do some physical activity, get outside and breathe some fresh air with friends and family. Starting December 26 we will hit a one-week transition focused on aerobic power and aerobic endurance. Then our official Open prep cycle will begin on January 2. It is extremely important that you are healthy and excited going into the beginning of that cycle.

Had to do 300yd shuttles for the run and 4 strict pull ups + 4 dips due to facilities.

Done for completion with my sister today! I didn’t eat enough before I did this, hit a wall around day 9. Lol.
We alternated run 300/row 300 each round. All MU UB except for round 12 because I ripped on the pull ups, not quite UB on all the hspu, did 1 round UB and then 7/3 on the other 2.

My HSPU were all UB!! Full American swings. MU were UB first 4-5 sets? Then either 3/1 or 2/2. I felt pretty strong and I had two others do this with me. We also ran 200 m instead. It’s 45 here and sunny so we enjoyed it!
