Well, it’s not quite Christmas yet, but there might not be a better way to give thanks and earn a Thanksgiving meal than slogging through a fun, longer effort. Follow the movements to the tune of the song 12 days of Christmas. It’ll go like this . . .
1 – 250 Meter Row
2 – 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
3 – 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
4 – 4 BBJ, 3 DB Thrusters, 2 Muscle-Ups, 250 Meter Row
. . . and so on.
Post your time, but it’s not my primary concern. Have some fun with friends as you do this and be thankful that your fitness allows you to think things like this are fun.

45:45 – I did 4 c2b instead of 2 MU, I thought all KB weight was 35# so that’s what I did, and I did kipping hspu, not strict.

Hello! Deadlifts.. 8 x 65kg 6x 72kg 4 x 90kg 2 x 102 2 x 110 1 x 115 Happy to hit 110 for the 2nd time in a row for 2. I felt my back round on the 115 so I did a single…I am fatigued from the extra work I did for hammies and glute yesterday so was happy to get what I did…65kg felt heavy warming up!!
