Against a five-minute running clock,
Row 1000 Meters

immediately followed by, as many reps as possible in the remaining time of:
40-54: Muscle-Up + 2 Dips
55-59;

 60+ Men: Muscle-Up
60+ Women: Stationary Dips
Rest 2 minutes, and then…

Run 800 Meters

immediately followed by, as many reps as possible in the remaining time of:
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Performed Sunday.
Skipped GS&D knowing I was going to do MU’s later.
DMA. Warmed up with a 1/2 mile run and some kipping swings.

A. Snatch up 105#. Failed at 110#.
B1. 4:25 row/4 MU in pairs.
B2. 3:45 run/5 C2B
B3. 4:28 row/1 MU
B4. 3:31 run/5 C2B

HS walk had to shorten to about 80 feet because gym got busy..about 3 mins( I suck I these but I love this skill work 🙂 )

Maximal weights provide a challenge for the left elbow right now.

B. Row-4:11, 4 UB (MU + 2 ring dips)
Run- 3:36, 38 C2B (10/10/5/5/5/2/1)
Row-4:27, 2UB (MU + 2 ring dips)
Run-3:43, 35 C2B (10/6/6/4/4/3/2)

Improved by 1 MU complex and 17 C2Bs.

HS skill work done
A. Snatch work – 95/100/105/110/115 stopped here
B. Subbed C2B’s for MU’s – Came of the rower a little over 4:00 each time. Had about 50s to work on C2B’s each time. Had about 1 min. for doing pull-ups. Was contemplating using the assault bike because it was below zero for the run portion. San Diego or Hawaii are looking pretty enticing right now.

B. 3/20/2/17 Should of had 1 more rep on the MU each round but can’t see the clock from the rings and stopped to soon.
A. Worked up to 85%
Hand Stand Walk not for time. I haven’t done these for awhile, balance was surprisingly good but the walking was a bit uncoordinated. A couple times in the middle of a walk I would stop and hold the hand stand then start walking again. The longest set was only about 25 feet.

Did Fridays and Saturdays this morning. Spent yesterday watching my sons football team win our 5A state championship yesterday. Congrats to him I’m excited for him. Proud dad, here’s the numbers for Friday and today. Friday A. Jerks up to 260 missed last set at 270. B.
