Dead Stop Front Squat x 2 reps @ 80% of Current 1-RM Dead Stop Front Squat
Rest 45 seconds

B.
Two sets of:
45/33 lbs Tall Clean x 3 reps

Followed by….

Two sets of:
65/45 lbs Tall Clean + Front Squat x 3 reps

Followed by …

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Power Clean x 3 reps

Build to today’s heavy triple, and then…

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Clean x 1.1.1
Build to today’s heavy triple, and then…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Clean Pulls x 3 reps

C.
Two sets of:
Heavy Sandbag Squat x 5 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes

followed by…

Two sets of:
Overhead Yoke Carry x 100′
*Keep your elbows locked out throughout the movement, with absolutely NO shrugging. Shoulders have to be locked down in position while walking.
**Athletes should be able to achieve at least a 50-foot overhead carry with their 1-RM Snatch weight, and their goal should be to achieve that distance with their 1-RM Clean and Jerk weight.
Rest 2-3 minutes

followed by…

One set of:
Sandbag Carry x 300 feet
(as heavy as possible, 1-2 drops allowed)

Optional Training Session
Five sets of:
Row 1000 meter @ 10 seconds slower than your 5k Pace
Rest 60 seconds

Mobility done. Added 400m run and 400m row to mobility at the beginning. This helped loosen up the legs significantly. Probably will incorporate a lot more work to get heart rate up before doing my mobility and crossover symmetry work. A – 220# for 10×2. B1 – PCx3 135/155/175/185/195# B2 – Clean 1.1.1 175/190/205/215# B3 – Pulls 250# C1 – Sandbag squats 150#. Our heaviest sandbag is 70#. Need to find a better way. Juggling 3 is a pain. Shoulder done! Its my Scalene muscle which is wrapped in nerves. Been getting ART done for the last 8 weeks and we’ve decided its probably time for a Cortisone shot into the juggular!??

B. did the power cleans- kept it light bc of impact did 3×95/115/135/155/175/175 it all felt pretty good
C. skipped and did the optional rowing

went too fast 3:56/3:57/4:00/3:57/3:54 no way I can row a 5k at that pace but sucked some wind

3:57, 3:58 3:54, 3:54, 3:47. Didnt have anything to go off of so think I went faster than a 5k time. 5k would probaly be more like 4 min plus intervals. Oh well, good sweat on that one.

Sandbag done Yoke carry axle bar with kb on end 1000 m rows did them at 2:00 pace at settings 1,3,5,7,10 stayed at the same pace and finished all of them with 66 calories.
