Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes, complete:
Jerk Dip + Power Jerk + Jerk with a pause @ 75-80%
Hold the bottom of the dip for 2 seconds, then hold the receiving position for 2 seconds. Focus on proper mechanics.

Deadlift
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 50% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 10 reps @ 65%
*Set 4 – 8 reps @ 75%
*Set 5 – 6 reps @ 80%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Off season. Done on Thursday. A – Bamboo bar walk with 35# KB on each side. B – 185# for all sets. Jerks are a mess right now. Front rack mobility not great and my push isn’t vertical enough. Bar ends up too in front of me and I struggle to get under it correctly. C – 210, 250, 275, 315, 335 D – 3:04/3:04/3:03/3:18/3:24. Was feeling pretty beat up so tried to treat this more as active recovery.

B. Done at 70%, forgot the 2sec hold until half way thru.

D. Easy slow row but UB WB and T2B, about 3:30 per round.
1st session
A. up to 235 for last 3 sets then dips at 255- felt good
B. did 15 good mornings with a band/ 60 DUs/7 burpee box jump overs 5+1

2nd session done right after the WOD
A. did the running 3 times across a football field and walked back x 10- that was tiring.

DMA done, but no bamboo or pvc.
B. Went up to 115, but stayed w/95# for technique.
C. 145/175/190/215/235. Same as last week.
D. 3:45/3:50/3:45/3:52/3:35. Did I take last? Yeah! WB fast. T2B keep getting better, but broke into singles in late rounds. I think 50 T2B may be my PR. I got off the rower @ roughly 2:15, which isn’t spectacular.
Great work building up that volume for your T2B!
Thanks, although I’m not stringing more than 3-5 together at a time, I’ve been working on the kipping technique in the past week. And now even strict T2B’s are much easier.
