x 10 reps per side
Banded Good Mornings x 20 reps
Thoracic Rotation x 5 reps per side

Crossover Symmetry x 8-10 reps

Take 5 minutes to draw out your jerk foot work
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes, complete:
Jerk Dip + Power Jerk + Jerk with a pause @ 70-80%
Hold the bottom of the dip for 2 seconds, then hold the receiving position for 2 seconds. Focus on proper mechanics.

Off season. Done Thursday. A – Jerks at 175#. Worked technique. Shoulder mobility was marginal today. B – 210, 250, 275, 290, 335. Felt solid. C – Had to modify. Finally figured out how to properly do butterfly pullups during Tuesday’s work (pullups is a misnomer, they are swings). The upside – I can do a ton of them unbroken. The downside – holy craaap I have some serious DOMS in my upper lats and backs of my armpits. Not prepared for that aftereffect. MUs & T2B were a no-go today. Bummer. Off Season- Session 1 Class Wod- I had two friends start CF today and wanted to make them feel comfortable so I did the 6 AM class Wod 1 mile run – 7:13 rest 5 minutes 30 Clean and jerks @ 105- 4:23 (the 105 was no problem 🙂 ) rest 5 minutes 1 mile run 6:58 Crossover symmetry Session 2 Mobility and Activation done- A. 115 for all sets- really worked on fast feet and punch.
