Below the knee should be 2″ below the knee – plates off the ground, lats engaged, pause for 1 second, and then clean.

C: Done with 25lb DBsx8. Only did 6 pull ups each rd. The tempo strict just kill the inside of my elbow. Not as bad this time but didn’t want to push it.
D: Ouch!!!!! All rds between 152 and 156m. Guess I failed to listen to the 90% bit.
