1600 Meter Med-Ball Relay Run
100 Partnered Burpee Wall Ball Shots
(you must perform a burpee immediately after throwing the ball and before catching it from your partner’s toss)
200 Push-Ups
300 Double-Unders
400 Meter Walking Lunge Relay with Med-Ball
(only the partner with the ball may lunge the team forward)
This looks so fun!!! In hotel, and I was given 10 mins by my family to workout so I did stair runs, and stair wheelbarrow walks 🙂

*800 m. run, #14 ball.
*50 wall balls/burpees. Alternated every 10. #14 ball.
*50 push ups, on knees. Shoulder wouldn’t tolerate 100!
*150 dbl unders.
*200 m. Lunges, #14 ball. These felt like they took forever!
-1600m run w/ 20# ball alternating every 200m
-100 burpee wall ball shots (most taxing movement for me)
-200 pushups
-300 DU (my partner did 2/1 single’s)
-400m walking lunges w/ 20# med ball alternating every 20 steps

Not sure about that time, feel like we lost a lot of time on the burpee wall balls, along with my partner doing single’s for DU’s. But great workout nonetheless.

300 DU’S
400m lunge w/ wallball alternating every 120′ (60 down and back each for 13 trips) – had to stay inside to watch our daughter.
