Death by HSPU and cleans. Most weight I have done on cleans since I hurt my wrist doing cleans in September, still afraid and form suffers. I was able to clean 175# @ 85% so I was stoked. I don’t think I have ever done over 100 HSPU in 2 days, shoulders are fried.

try looking up even on your back swing. I was doing the same thing today and a “good girl” at our gym gave me that tip. Doing that made everything else really click in place. Good job tonight!

Three things:
1 – your legless rope climbs are an inspiration!
2 – keep tension on the straps, especially as you go into your next rep
3 – use your legs to create momentum for the next rep. Right now, they just fall down. I want you to think of them as a pendulum and you actively pull them down and swing them behind you
