Muscle-Ups x 2-5 reps

If you do not have Muscle-Ups, then . . .

Three sets of:
Peek-A-Boo Swing

and then . . .

Muscle-Up with assistance x 1-2 reps

Power Snatch x 2 reps + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat

Build to the heaviest weight possible, keeping the complex unbroken.

At 3,2,1,GO perform the following:

5 Bar Muscle-Ups (Jumping Bar Muscle-Ups if you don’t have Bar Muscle-Ups)

At 10:00 minutes on the running clock, perform the following:

Push Press x 10 reps
Barbell Walking Lunges x 20 reps
(barbell can be back racked)

40-54: 95/65 lbs

A. Not sure but I think I had a break through here in my transition from false grip to no false grip. I did a few transitions from the floor and low rings and I also did a few :20 hollow holds followed by :20 superman holds. I decided to attempt 2 muscle ups for the first 8:00 and since no one was in my home gym to assist I would do 1 for the next 8:00, not really sure if I could complete all that. Finally back to posting on here. 🙂 Missed ya’ll! A. Jumping ring MU for the EMOM…getting pretty good at these so maybe there’s hope for me getting a MU in 2016! 😉 B. Used kg weights for first time today, so I didn’t know how much was on the bar and coach said lift, so I did. C1. 6:03 (I hate thrusters with passion. Cannot get a good front rack position. 2 fails on BMU)
