A. Not sure but I think I had a break through here in my transition from false grip to no false grip. I did a few transitions from the floor and low rings and I also did a few :20 hollow holds followed by :20 superman holds. I decided to attempt 2 muscle ups for the first 8:00 and since no one was in my home gym to assist I would do 1 for the next 8:00, not really sure if I could complete all that.
