Curious what are the benchmark cycle times and common cycles times in this group for burpee box jumps (no step ups)?
For me 5 to 6 seconds per rep during a WOD is a steady pace. I reckon I can go a little faster on fresh legs (no row or DUs before the BBJs). I seem to burnout quickly when I try to get to 4 seconds or less.
Did yesterday’s:
A. Wrist still tender so I did seated strict press 8 reps and then 6 reps at 65# plus planks
B. Done; got 7 BBJs in 2nd round of BBJ in the 10 minute cap
C. Mile run/jog
