40-49: 135/95 lbs
50-59: 95/65 lbs
60+: 65/45 lbs
*Barbell must be taken from the floor.
Optional Additional Session
Five sets of:
200 Meter Run @ 85%-90%
200 Meter Jog
400 Meter Run @ 85-90%
Rest 60 seconds
a. was a good one; flipped order of PP and DU-was afraid to spend entire time trying for 30 DU. Went well…got all work in given time except 4th round, went a minute over with DU. Still rested too much throughout, but good WOD.
Used 60kg. 5:20, 5:50, 6:01, 6:30.

I’m over this heat wave in Germany. 100 outside and 110+ in the gym. Last couple rds took a lot of mental strength not to just walk away!
