Decided to keep taking advantage of the true form we just got…feeling more comfortable every time I use it. I did a similar pace as the other day but felt like a different person at the end this time and not dead exhausted.
5 min assault bike
1 mile on true form working on steady pace/form/relaxing
10 min assault bike cool down

Hey Laura, are you planning on hitting the workout after running tomorrow? If so, what time, and would you mind if I joined instead of leaving back to Yakima right after running??

I’ll probably do the wod right after running, might have to modify a bit depending on what it is. We have a gym location just south of Kirkland in Bellevue. You’re more than welcome to join!
