Cat/Cow Spinal Flossing Drill
x 15 reps
Bird Dogs x 10 reps
Hamstring Pulse Mobility Drill x 15 pulses per side

*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 50% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 10 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 8 reps @ 75%

Mobility done, except for prone leg lifts. A. 145, 175, 205, 225, 235 UB Legs are a bit wore out so skipped B & C (do to squats) and did the gym wod: **coach was nice enough to modify it for me though EMOM x 24 Minutes: Minute 1: 6 Strict Pull Ups **8 Strict C2B Minute 2: 12 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35) **15 reps Minute 3: 12 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″) **15 reps C2B got tiring fast, last 4 rounds were broken and reps declined 8,7,7,6,6,6,5,5 Left the gym feeling pretty good that I kept up with everyone else… Read more »

**Had way to much gear on for C…Reebok lifters and Rehbands made it feel like I was using an 8# medball for TTB. #lessonlearned
